Children and storyteller in a library
A storyjam at Kingshurst Library – the cards are being used to improvise a tale

Storytelling is a great creative activity and a fun family entertainment experience, bringing out hidden talents in many children. Would you like to see storytelling at work in your setting?

Combining storytelling with a love of games and interactive theatre I  offer sessions that can:

  • build a long or short term project to enhance literacy
  • launch a school topic with an energising visit full of starter activities and ideas
  • offer fun interactive family learning experiences
  • create a space for telling stories – indoor or outdoor

Again and again teachers comment that ‘the children who are often most disruptive were caught up in the stories’ and parents agree that ‘the ideas you’ve given us will be great to use at home’.

Sessions are devised to meet your needs. Prices are flexible, starting from £250 per day plus travel, with discounts available for small schools or repeat visits. It’s easy to get in touch through the contact details on the right.

Clients include: Creative Partnerships; Solihull Libraries; Allens Croft Primary School; Southside School (Johnson City, Tennessee); NUSAMAZE and many more
