Would you like an unusual perspective in your development team? I focus on stories and maps to understand users needs, and facilitate difficult conversations.

I’m developing expertise in agile user research processes which focus predominantly on journey mapping and user stories as well as frequently finding myself planning digital strategy and digital engagement strategies for small projects.

If you’re interested in light touch qualitative user research, or need to achieve better communication between various members of a project team, then bringing me in alongside more classically design trained members of a UX or development team could be a real advantage.

Work to date has all predominantly been carried out in partnership with Neontribe.
