These performances are all available in one hour or 1.5 hour versions. They are ideal for storytelling clubs, festivals and community groups. I’m particularly interested in taking shows into Student Unions, to WI’s and for the Bawdy show – even to Rugby Clubs!. Special offer rates for community group meetings available, and box office split deals for groups who would like to organise performances as fundraisers.
Love and Loss: Tales from Imagined Lands
Can the weaving girl hold on to love, when she has witnessed such worlds of sorrow? Kat stitches together tales from distant lands and across centuries in a simple, poetic exploration of the perfection and pains we find in love.
This is the most thought provoking of the shows in my repertoire and is ideal for arts centres and arts festivals as well as storytelling clubs and events. The content is gory and sexual in places so recommended for adults and over 16′s
“I’ve been to quite a few storytelling events and yours held very many memorable moments and a fantastic variety of tones, imagery and emotion. Loved it.” Dee at Crook Memorial Hall, nr Staveley
“I have never been to anything like this – I can’t believe how effortlessly I was drawn into each world by your descriptions.” Gaynor at Crook Memorial Hall, nr Staveley
Pieces of Jack
You won’t find any beanstalks here, but a selection of Jack’s other adventures mixed up with a generous measure of meta-narrative – Kat even manages to sneak Shakespeare and Voldemort into the mix.
Great for audiences who hear a lot of storytelling. Suitable for children over 8

A Sweet Revenge and other Bawdy Delights
Kat dips into some early literary material along with some classic folktales, and proves that storytellers have always had an interest in the earthy side of life. Naughty nuns, preposterous priests, jealous husbands and unsatisfied wives are among a host of colourful characters you’ll meet.
Ideal for social clubs and late night performances. Contains sexually explicit material and some coarse language.
